Shipping and Returns

Due to hygiene reasons there are strictly no returns. If you have any questions or concerns or have received damaged products, please complete the contact form via the 'Get in Touch' link.

Any refunds and/or replacements are at the discretion of Georgia Rae Designs. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow 4-5 days for your order to be processed on top of postage times. Postage times with Australia Post generally take between 5-7 days but vary between locations. 

Please be advised that local deliveries will hopefully be delivered between 1-5 days of purchase but can take up to two weeks to arrive to you.

Georgia Rae Designs takes no responsibility for lost or damaged goods sent through Australia Post.
